Opencode can't run almost every feature when this repository run action workflow

Description

when this happening , I can't use my local opencode cli to submit message , other feature also broken .
I encounter this problem in version 1.4.0 -> 1.4.1, 1.4.1 -> 1.4.2, 1.4.2 -> 1.43, and now( I see a action running in repository).

1. Waiting opencode repository run github action workflow
2. open opencode cli in
3. type something and press "enter"
4. nothing happen .
