Having similar problem - since 2 days the OpenCode Desktop (Linux) is stuck. At first sometimes it seems to work, but then is stuck. And sometimes its even stuck while staring (showing logo only).

I tried to run some varnish/repair on the database using sqlite (with some help of chat gpt) - but without luck. Deleting data folder makes it work again - but all history is gone then!

This is an absolute no-go state! Working with such a tool it must be reliable and able to recover itself. Database should make snapshots being able to at least try restore to working state without full data loss!
