Web UI: Failed to send prompt. Unable to retrieve session.

Description

OpenCode crashes. A lot.

Since 1.14.18 or so, after I restart it, I can't send prompts on previous sessions in the Web UI anymore:

I have to go back to the TUI, and send a prompt there, and then only after I send a prompt on the TUI does the same session in the WebUI start working again

3. Send prompt on previous session

I'm encountering this frequently too. Restarting the app seems to resolve

Hi @thdxr -- curious why you removed the bug / web tags on this?

This is most definitely a bug and it seems specific to the Web UI.

I very often have to switch to the TUI on my web sessions, send some prompt to "reactivate" that session before I can go back to using the Web UI on that session.
