the questionare cards overflow and messees up the layout when the questions/answers are too long

Steps to reproduce

1. open opencode webui
2. paste this in chat "Before doing anything else, use the question tool to ask me one very long multiple-choice question with 10 very long answer options, then wait for my reply."
3. notice the ui getting messed up , the submit/dismiss buttons going out of viewport causing a deadlock.
