[FEATURE]: opencode web 100% sessions sync

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Right now sessions are not really synced between browsers accessing the same opencode web server. I feel like there should at least be a key by which we can fully sync two opencode web instances. By that I mean even if I start new session or something, browser instances should share state 100%. This way I can work on my desktop on some remote system, pick up my laptop and continue to work on stuff without any interruption even across multiple projects.
