[FEATURE]: Show available models and their credit usage in model list

Describe the enhancement you want to request

It would be very useful to see which models are actually available/enabled and their credit usage directly in the model list output. Currently, we have to guess or check elsewhere.
It would be great if the model list could show:

• ✅ / ❌ indicators for which models are currently available/configured
• Credit cost per request (or per token) for each model
• Remaining credits for the user's account
  This would help users make informed decisions about which model to use for a given task, especially when managing usage limits.

This issue differs from #7256 and #13470 in scope:

• GitHub Copilot provider lists unavailable models instead of org-enabled ones #7256 and [FEATURE]: dynamic model list for copilot plugin #13470 are specifically about GitHub Copilot provider - focusing on org-enabled models, Pro+/Enterprise plan restrictions, and admin controls for Copilot.
• [FEATURE]: Show available models and their credit usage in model list #25401 is ** broader** - it applies to all providers: Zen, MiniMax, Ollama Cloud, Nvidia, etc. The request is to show model availability + credit/balance status for EVERY provider, not just Copilot.
  So while the Copilot issues are provider-specific, this feature request covers the entire platform.
