[Desktop] "New chat" icon disappears in compact window mode #25551

Description

When OpenCode Desktop is maximized, the title bar shows a small "new chat" icon next to the "toggle sidebar" button. This is one of the most convenient UI elements because it lets you start a chat instantly without opening the sidebar.

However, when the window is resized to a smaller width, this icon disappears entirely and gets replaced for this "burger" icon to open the sidebar. Losing quick access to new chat in compact mode feels like a regression in usability.

Expected behavior: The "new chat" icon should remain visible in the title bar even when the window is in compact/small mode, rather than being hidden behind the sidebar toggle, it's just a small icon that makes life easier for everyone.
