Description
I have a session named Foo active.
In another terminal, I run "opencode session list". Foo is nowhere to be found, nor is the associated session ID.
Yet, I can quit the Foo session and resume it with the commandline printed out after exit, i.e "opencode -s sess_......".

OpenCode version
1.4.39
Steps to reproduce
- Do work in a lot of sessions so the sessions list is big
- Keep a couple of sessions active i.e. where opencode wasn't exited
- Rename these sesssions
- In a terminal, run opencode session list
- Try finding your active sessions either by name or session id.
- Session not found.
NOTE: Only some sessions are missing. No idea why.
