Docs regarding custom provider is misleading

You cant add custom provider via CLI. but this docs said you can:
https://opencode.ai/docs/providers/#custom-provider

In reality the "Other" cant be selected. Its just a label

• Custom provider docs incorrect #5937: Same complaint about the custom provider docs being incorrect — the "Other" option in /connect is not selectable, which contradicts the documentation at https://opencode.ai/docs/providers/#custom-provider
