Github Copilot not working anymore - forbidden

Description

After a few messages using Github Copilot and i.e the Sonnet 4.5 model, I get an error:
Forbidden: Access to this endpoint is forbidden. Please review our [Terms of Service](https://docs.github.com/en/site-policy/github-terms/github-terms-of-service). I have also observed the same using other models.

This has not been the case in the past and has started happening since a few days back.

I am using OpenCode v 1.14.41. I am subscribed on a Github Copilot Pro License.

Steps to reproduce

Start Opencode and send a few messages. On the second or third message the error is thrown.
