[Windows][Desktop] Custom plugin agents not visible (only plan/build shown)

Description

I’m using OpenCode Desktop on Windows 11.
Models/providers load normally, but custom agents from oh-my-openagent do not show up in the left-bottom agent selector.
Only built-in plan and build are visible.

What I already verified:

• opencode.json includes plugin entry: oh-my-openagent
• oh-my-openagent.json is schema-valid (VALID true)
• custom agents are defined (11 agents)
• reinstall + cache cleanup done
• issue persists

This looks like agent registration/display is failing while model loading still works.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install OpenCode Desktop on Windows 11.
2. Install/configure oh-my-openagent.
3. Ensure ~/.config/opencode/opencode.json has plugin: ["oh-my-openagent"].
4. Ensure ~/.config/opencode/oh-my-openagent.json contains custom agents (e.g., sisyphus, hephaestus, prometheus, atlas).
5. Restart OpenCode Desktop and open any workspace.
6. Open the left-bottom agent selector.
7. Observe that only plan/build are shown.
