Bug: Leader key stops working in v1.14.42

Description

My leader key stops working in version v1.14.42 I disabled all plugins and then worked my way up to each version to see when it stops working. From this version change logs, this looks sus:

Simplified TUI keybinding config into a flat keybind format.

Could you share the full keybinds? Is there an invalid keybind in the config maybe or something else that might invalidate the config? Config validation is strict and invalid configs are ignored.

I cannot reproduce that at all. Is it better in the latest version >= 1.14.48?

I tried 1.14.48 and it still doesnt recognize the sequence as the leader key since It broke in 42. I will document my setup better.
I use QMK that has the ctrl+shift+f1 key sequence set on a key which serves as my opencode leaderkey. that sequence is important as those ctrl shift f keys are generally speaking relatively unmapped. The key worked well up until version 42 after that it never worked on any update. Simply going back to version 41 makes it work again.

in my ~/.zsh file I ensure these sequences come through properly as follows so they dont get interpreted in the shell its vim mode:

This config works as-is for me in the latest version. username_toggle was deprecated and unknown binding commands previously rejected the full config, which should not happen anymore now. I need to look more into the ctrl+shift+f1 but so far I cannot reproduce the issue yet.

I installed 1.15.0 and the key is working. The only thing I did was remove this line "username_toggle": "none", as per your comment. So this issue is resolved for me.
