Description

When working in more than four tabs, even when selecting different models from different providers, a "failed to fetch" error occurs. There are also freezes when switching between tabs. I used to be able to work in seven tabs simultaneously and everything worked fine, but now I have to work in one to four tabs.

terminal OpenCode, OpenCode version v1.15.0, Steps to reproduce are missing: open opencode, Clicking on the second tab freezes for 1 minute, the tab does not respond. Failed to fetch error: When I launch tab 5 or 6 on any neural network, it says "failed to fetch"
