Shortly after opening openCode, I receive a "Failed to fetch" error when trying to send a prompt. After that, any subsequent input or action doesn't respond, and eventually another error is thrown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch openCode
2. Wait a short moment after it opens
3. Type a prompt and try to send it
4. Observe the "Failed to fetch" error toast
5. Try sending again or performing any other action — no response
6. Wait a while, and a "Something went wrong" error page appears

Expected Behavior

Prompts should be sent successfully and responses should be returned without errors.

Actual Behavior

All requests fail with Failed to fetch, making the application completely unusable.

This happens reliably every time I open the app. It seems like the app is unable to connect to the backend or the network request is being blocked somehow.

Hi, thanks for pointing these out. I've taken a look at both issues and they seem similar but not exactly the same as mine. Here's what makes mine different:

Unlike the issues mentioned above where the app can still function to some extent, in my case, I can only send ONE message successfully after opening the app. The very next attempt immediately triggers the "Failed to fetch" error. After that, the app becomes completely unresponsive — no input or action works at all. Eventually the app throws a full error page.

So the difference is that my app essentially breaks after just a single exchange, rather than intermittently failing or freezing during longer sessions. I'm not sure if this is related but I'm using the DeepSeek V4 Flash Free model via the Sisyphus provider.

I'd appreciate any help or insights on this. Thank you!

its said on Discord that issue may caused by plugins like omo v4.1.x . If so, reverting to v4.0 may can help
