[FEATURE]: Show pending review indicator for sessions needing attention

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Problem to solve: sessions that are idle or have pending requests / questions look the same as completed sessions with no action items. This makes it easy to miss sessions that need the user's input.

Solution: Add a visual dot indicator next to sessions that need attention. The dot disappears once the user navigates to that session.
