Sessions and auth state lost after auto-upgrade from 1.15.0 to 1.15.1

Description

After an automatic update to this version, all ChatGPT/MiniMax/Ollama cloude authorizations crashed for me. But that's not all, the entire chat history is cleared, I checked and opencode.db was COMPLETELY cleared. Why was this done and what should I do now?

and there no opencode_prod.db. I started new chat and its writed into opencode.db

Bug again. It is impossible to get out of Plan Mod, I switched to Build, but for some reason the model is closed in Plan Mod.
