Spinner Color Changes based on selected Agent not current run agent

Description

When using the TUI and running a prompt, the spinner takes the color of that agent, it gets confusing when you run the Build agent but select the Plan agent and see the spinner take the color of the plan agent.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run a prompt using the build agent
2. Change agents to plan
3. Notice the color of the spinner changes to plan, even when its build that is currently running.
