[Desktop] Plugin-defined agents not showing in agent selector

Plugin-defined agents (e.g., sisyphus, atlas from oh-my-openagent) are not showing in the desktop app's agent selector (Tab key). Only native build and plan agents are visible.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install oh-my-openagent plugin
2. Open OpenCode Desktop
3. Press Tab to switch agents
4. Only build and plan are visible

Expected behavior

Plugins that define custom agents should appear in the desktop agent selector, same as CLI.
