Chinese characters garbled in bash tool output on Windows

When running commands via the built-in bash tool on Windows (PowerShell 5.1, Chinese locale), Chinese characters in command output are displayed as garbled text.
Environment:
OS: Windows 11, Chinese (Simplified) locale
Shell: PowerShell 5.1
opencode version: (latest)
