Desktop app redesign is missing model effort selection

Summary

In the desktop app's new redesign, the effort selection control for models appears to be missing.

Expected behavior

Users should be able to select the model effort level from the desktop app UI.

Actual behavior

The redesigned desktop app UI does not show the effort selection control.

Impact

Users cannot adjust effort for models from the desktop app after the redesign.
