IntelliJ: active file and selection never picked up by opencode

Description: When using the Claude Code JetBrains plugin, opencode never picks up the active file or selection from IntelliJ. The hint line stays blank. Works fine with VS Code.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Claude Code JetBrains plugin
2. Open a project in IntelliJ
3. Run opencode in a terminal
4. Switch files — hint line stays empty

OpenCode version: 1.15.12
OS: Ubuntu 22.04
Terminal: Default terminal
