Bug: opencode providers logout ignores arguments, always shows help

Description

opencode providers logout should accept a provider name argument to log out from a specific provider (e.g., opencode providers logout "GitHub Copilot"), but instead it ignores any arguments and always shows the help output.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure any provider (e.g., opencode providers login Groq)
2. Try to log out specifying the provider name:
   opencode providers logout Groq
3. Help text is displayed instead of executing the logout

I'd like to work on this. The root cause is that ProvidersLogoutCommand defines command: "logout" without a positional argument — when the user passes a provider name, yargs treats it as an unrecognized argument and shows help.

The fix: add [provider] positional arg (matching the login command's --provider pattern), resolve by ID or display name, and skip interactive selection when a match is found.
