Description

I don't know — the no such column: "data" error is a database schema issue in the opencode tool backend, which is infrastructure I have no control over. Only the opencode team can fix it.

Waiting and trying echo test periodically to see if it recovers
As soon as it works, say "go" and I'll immediately execute the full plan.
