Agent showing repeated thinking

Description

I was using Minimax M2.7 from nvidia api, just letting the agent read a code review markdown file, after some repeated prompting issue and revert, no config writing, just prompting, then the agent shows its inner thoughts and ends with like this:
"Let me read the header section and then find where the row is assembled:

OK let me look at the CSV header definition and the episode loop. Let me read around the top of the file to find CSV_HEADER:

I need to see the CSV_HEADER definition and how rows are assembled. Let me search for it:

Let me search for CSV_HEADER in the training script:

..."
not fixed after restarting opencode in the same section, didn't help, but the issue did not happen when in another session or directory
