Summary
I am experiencing an OpenCode Go billing/account-linking issue.
My card has been charged repeatedly for OpenCode Go, but my OpenCode dashboard does not show an active subscription that I can manage properly. I only noticed the issue recently, but the recurring charges appear to have been happening for longer than the last two months.
I already tried the following:
- Checked the OpenCode dashboard, but the subscription is not shown correctly.
- Tried signing up/checking the account again, but the subscription state still looks incorrect.
- Cancelled what I could from the dashboard.
- Removed my credit card/payment method.
However, I need confirmation that all active subscriptions/customer records linked to my payment method have been cancelled, because charges continued even though the dashboard did not show a manageable subscription.

Expected behavior
The dashboard should show the active OpenCode Go subscription, allow me to manage/cancel it, and stop recurring charges after cancellation.
Actual behavior
The dashboard does not show the subscription correctly, but recurring OpenCode Go charges were deducted from my card.
Request
Please help check the billing/customer records privately and confirm:
- all active OpenCode Go subscriptions linked to my account/payment method are cancelled;
- no future recurring charges will be attempted;
- the full billing history can be reviewed;
- duplicate, unauthorized, or unmanaged recurring charges can be refunded.
I can provide receipt numbers, card last 4 digits, email addresses, and screenshots privately via the appropriate support channel. I am intentionally not posting sensitive billing details publicly here.
