[bug] issue with @parcel/watcher in build(): error when installing via yay

Description

when running yay -S opencode, the installation does not finish due to the following error:

Steps to reproduce

1. Install via opencode-electron-win-x64.exe
2. Launch the application
3. Observe errors in logs immediately on startup

Expected behavior

App starts without errors; file watcher loads correctly; Windows paths handled as file:// URLs.

Actual behavior

• @parcel/watcher-win32-x64 native module is missing from the asar bundle
• Windows drive letter (C:) not converted to file://C:/ for ESM loader
• Git snapshot repack fails with permission denied on Windows
