I had this happen too after deleting my cache for something and repeatedly got this error on startup.

I don't know what the right fix is, but I was able to get back up and running by just deleting all the opencode related folders listed running opencode debug paths if anyone else gets stuck.

+1, also getting this, deleting opencode folder fixes but it's not a suitable fix
