Upgrade / downgrade #8261

Description

@klonuo

I had a problem with v1.1.17, as I wasn't getting used context in status pane for custom model, and thought to downgrade:

❯ opencode upgrade v1.1.15

  █▀▀█ █▀▀█ █▀▀█ █▀▀▄ █▀▀▀ █▀▀█ █▀▀█ █▀▀█
  █░░█ █░░█ █▀▀▀ █░░█ █░░░ █░░█ █░░█ █▀▀▀
  ▀▀▀▀ █▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀ ▀ ▀ ▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀

┌ Upgrade
│
● Using method: curl
│
● From 1.1.17 → 1.1.15
│
◇ Upgrade complete
│
└ Done

❯ opencode
/mnt/c/Users/klo/projects/github/app  perspective
❯ ^C
/mnt/c/Users/klo/projects/github/app  perspective
❯ opencode upgrade

  █▀▀█ █▀▀█ █▀▀█ █▀▀▄ █▀▀▀ █▀▀█ █▀▀█ █▀▀█
  █░░█ █░░█ █▀▀▀ █░░█ █░░░ █░░█ █░░█ █▀▀▀
  ▀▀▀▀ █▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀ ▀ ▀ ▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀

┌ Upgrade
│
● Using method: curl
│
● From 1.1.17 → 1.1.18
│
◇ Upgrade complete
│
└ Done

upgrade is misleading for downgrade, yet further when I tried to actually upgrade to v1.1.18, it shows I'm upgrading from v1.1.17 while I was on v1.1.15
