BUN segmentation fault 0x

Description

I'm getting BUN segmentation fault 0x0 very frequently on windows. it reports version of bun 1.3.6 (i've installed the bun to the latest one manually 1.3.7, but still reports 1.3.6 when OpenCode crashes). I've noticed this is happening when the AI uses the rgrep search across multiple files/folders/content. I'm experiencing this issue with the GPT5.2 if that matters.

@rekram1-node Can opencode update the version of bun? It seems that the latest version 1.3.6 of bun has fixed this issue.
