subagent provider/id parser is dead ? provider/model not found on subagent

Description

i had this sub agent for like 4 month now and im sure i didnt made any changes .

now this agent doesnt works

getting this error

model id in models.json in opencode cache seems to be same as what i wrote

ig recent commits messed up the id parser ? and now : and / somehow messing up the whole thing ? idk

I noticed the same problem with synthetic. Using it with or without "synthetic/" prefix works, but opencode still display a warning showing "invalid model" at each agent change.

It happens too whith the CLI opencode run --agent ... (Opencode 1.1.30).

I think the error is caused by a parsing error, the exception captured adds a \n at the end of the subagent model...
