Description
When starting Opencode with a local model that does not define variants, the start screen still displays the “Ctrl+T” variants hint, but toggling variants does nothing.
Actual Behavior
The start screen shows the “Ctrl+T” variants hint.
Pressing Ctrl+T has no effect.
Expected Behavior
Only show the “Ctrl+T” variants hint if the current model defines variants.
Optionally, hide or disable the shortcut if no variants exist.

- Configure a local model with no variants.
- Launch Opencode.
- Press Ctrl+T on the start screen.
