After installing Windows 11 on the computer, there is no response when it is turned on

Question

After opening the desktop version, it keeps displaying "initializing..." and when I open the window in command line, nothing is displayed. No matter how I operate, it's useless. I can only close the window.

It took few seconds to load the screen, not sure if it's because I updated the GPU driver.
