Adds an Uzbek (O'zbekcha) translation of the README as
README.uz.mdand registers the language link in the translation selector at the top of all existing README files (22 files updated + 1 new file).No content or code changes - translation only, following the same structure as the other localized READMEs (e.g.
README.tr.md,README.uk.md).How did you verify your code works?
README.uz.mdin a Markdown preview to confirm formatting, links, and the image/badge rendering match the English README.<a href="README.uz.md">O'zbekcha</a>link is present in every language selector.Screenshots / recordings
