summary

  • remove control-plane workspace tests' direct reads from the legacy project/instance shim
  • pass explicit loaded instance context through Promise-style workspace fixtures
  • use InstanceRef for Effect-scoped workspace tests that need project metadata

testing

  • bun test "test/control-plane/workspace.test.ts"
  • bun typecheck
