Many actions haven't been updated for a long time, and currently there are a some deprecation messages, see for example https://github.com/ansible-collections/community.dns/actions/runs/23080890758.
This updates everything except Andrew-Chen-Wang/github-wiki-action@194d37f in generate-wiki-docs.yml, and peaceiris/actions-gh-pages@4f9cc66 (4.0.0) in _shared-docs-build-publish-gh-pages.yml.
The former only affects this repo, but the latter is also a problem for others (and also shows up in the deprecation messages). The problem is that the action didn't have a new release for a longer time; 4.0.0 is still the latest release, even though many dependencies have already been bumped. Maybe we should simply stick to a newer commit here? Also there's peaceiris/actions-gh-pages#1141.
