Now that docs are hosted on Read the Docs, we can remove the version switcher. Users can toggle versions from the flyout menu provided by RTD.

Looking at the package docs build, I don't see the version switcher: https://ansible-community.github.io/package-doc-builds/index.html

Likewise for the core docs build, I don't see the other version switcher: https://ansible--3290.org.readthedocs.build/projects/ansible-core/3290/
