Transfer ``pyansys-tools-report`` project into ``ansys-tools-common``

We should transfer this repo's logic/content into this one:

Tasks: 
- [ ] Migrate pyansys-tools-report implementation and tests
- [ ] Make sure to deprecate the old package (via warnings in the __init__.py file and star imports)
