Add ``ansys/actions/check-actions-security`` action and perform related fixes

In the scope of the technical review of the project, we should introduce the ``ansys/actions/check-actions-security`` to the CI and perform the related updates in the workflow files for the ``zizmor`` audit to pass. This notably implies pinning all actions with a commit SHA.
