Add more explicit procedure on how to create gh-pages and docs repositories

Description of the feature

Following email exchange with @pkrull-ansys, we should try and improve the docs for creating the gh-pages branch on a certain repository and creating a dedicated docs repository.

We should also include information on how to set up the custom domain (if not available).
