Extract modal participation factor in modal analysis

Description of the feature

DPF should have an operator to extract the modal participation factors that are computed in a modal analysis.

Steps for implementing the feature

Read result from .rst if data is stored there.
Or parse the solve.out file to extract the needed data.

This would be very useful for tracking mode shifts in design of parameter studies.

Since this issue was opened, a new operator was added to read the participation factors from the mode file.
I don't believe these values are written to the .rst file so not sure additional work can be done here.
