This PR is porting to
pyedbthe changes introduced in ansys/pyaedt#6868.In the CI, the installation of
vtk-osmesain the virtual environments created for the windows and linuxpyaedttests are dropped since the wheels that were used are no longer available. We are now using thepyvista/setup-headless-display-actionfor these jobs instead.Some other changes to the
ci_cd.ymlfile introduced topyaedtin ansys/pyaedt#6868 are also reproduced.
