Copy fluent_gui_help.xml from Fluent image instead of checking it in.

@lxjanoo Can you please get the path vXXX/commonfiles/help/en-us/fluent_gui_help/fluent_gui_help.xml included in the Fluent docker image so that it can copied during the CI run?
