It seems there is trouble starting Fluent on Windows HPC if we pass -cnf=M:4 when the job is run on machine M. The options builder attempted to filter for this situation already but it was not working because the job scheduler returns upper case host names and the Python socket module's gethostame() call returns a lower case name.
