Renaming

First pass:

• PyREP -> PyHPS
• Long name: Ansys HPS Python Client Library
• Rename package: ansys-rep-client -> ansys-pyhps
• Rename imports (and folders) ansys.rep.client -> ansys.hps.client
• Update doc, rename (some) "REP" instances to "HPC Platform Services"
• rename repository: pyrep to pyhps
• REPError class -> HPSError class
• Client.rep_url -> Client.url (keeping the old input argument and object property as a deprecated class initially)

Instructions for consumers of the ansys-rep-client, now ansys-pyhps:

• update dependency: "ansys-rep-client @ git+https://github.com/ansys-internal/pyrep.git@main#egg=ansys-rep-client" -> "ansys-pyhps @ git+https://github.com/ansys-internal/pyhps.git@main#egg=ansys-pyhps"
• search/replace package name: ansys-rep-client -> ansys-pyhps
• search/replace imports: ansys.rep.client -> ansys.hps.client
• search/replace errors: REPError --> HPSError

Optional:

• search/replace: rep_url to url in the Client constructor
• search/replace: Client.rep_url to Client.url (Client property)
