Adjust data transfer worker download dir to be something like

{home}\Ansys\hps\data-transfer\binaries\worker\hpsdata.exe

instead of

{home}\Ansys\binaries\worker\hpsdata.exe

This allows for more reuse of worker executables downloaded from other clients (C++ and C#).
