This will help when generating the changelog during releases, by automatically generate the sections in the changelog according the labels.

Thanks for opening this, @germa89! I think this file needs to be used together with a .github/labeler.yml and a workflows/label.yml, as similar t what happens in PyVista CI.

Hi @jorgepiloto. I wasn't thinking on auto-label the PR, but rather improve the changelog at releases.

But you are probably right we should take advantage and implement those.
