Same old story. PyMAPDL release process can't really be constrained by the pyansys actions. Hence we either flexibilize them or we go for another route.

In #1782 we went back to the old release procedure given pyansys actions wasn't really allowing us to keep our workflow approach.

Some changes need to be done on the actions side: ansys/actions#136
Until then, nothing can be done.

We can probably do an action with all the sorting logic.

The release process works, and pyansys actions hasn't incorporated the changes we demanded. Hence, I prefer to not modify anything for the moment.
