Scrollbar styling webkit

Hi all!
I have this issue. SO, I use antd virtual table and it seems there is an attached to the body table scrollbar that is applied with the class "ant-table .... ant-table-scroll-horizontal"
In order to customize the scrollbar I apply a mixin:

My issue is that only the scrollbar-color and scrollbar-width are applied. None of the webkit styles. Any ideas what is the reason and how to fix it?
