Path for third-party Cowork plugins in the marketplace?

The submission form at claude.ai/settings/plugins/submit accepts Cowork plugins, but the in-app marketplace currently only shows Anthropic-built plugins. Is there a planned path for community-built Cowork plugins to appear in the marketplace?
