!e - Bot will trigger when the message begins with this
xdy - Quantity and amount of sides, e.g. "1d6" (1 six sided die)
mod - Optional modifier, e.g. +1, 1, -1
description - Optional description for the roll, input should have no spaces, e.g. "!e 3d6 Initiative(Eddie)"`
The bot will bold any duplicate rolls found whether they are doubles, triples, quadruples, etc.
Example output for "!e 3d6 2 Init(Eddie)":
